Start with what is getting in the wayYou do not need to know the technical answer.
You know your business. You know which jobs are annoying, which things take too long and what you would like to do better. That is enough to start. If you are on the Gold Coast, we can meet in person; otherwise, I can help remotely.
My job is to understand the problem first, then work out whether technology can make it easier. Sometimes the answer is new software. Sometimes it is connecting tools you already use, automating a repetitive step, or simply finding a better way to use what you already pay for.
Problems you can bring me
- “I keep entering the same information in two different places.”
- “Customers have to message or call me to make a booking.”
- “Orders, invoices and customer details are all handled separately.”
- “This admin job takes hours every week and surely there is an easier way.”
- “I want to start selling online but I have no idea where to begin.”
- “We pay for a pile of software and I do not know what we actually need.”
How I help
- 1. Start with the problem. What is difficult now, and what would a better result look like?
- 2. Work out where the waste is. Repeated work, awkward hand-offs, missing information or unnecessary steps.
- 3. Find sensible options. I research what could improve it and what each option would cost.
- 4. Explain it simply. You get the important choices in normal language, not a technical sales pitch.
- 5. Make it work. If you want, I can help set up, connect or automate the chosen solution.
The aimLess wasted time, less repetitive work and a business that is easier to run — without adding technology just for the sake of it.
